SYRACUSE -- Syracuse firefighters quickly knocked down flames along the 400 block of Temple street in the city Friday afternoon.

CNYcentral is told that a neighbor saw smoke and ran into the building to make sure everyone was out. Luckily no one was injured and everyone's accounted for.

Flames erupted around 12:25pm on the third floor of the four apartment home. No word on what sparked the fire yet.
