UTICA -- A Herkimer man is arrested twice in one week. Dennis Kistner, 33, of William Street, is accused of stealing from K-Music on Mohawk Street in Utica.

It happened around 3:10 p.m. Thursday. Utica police arrested Kistner on petit larceny charges along with Kimberly Guarascio, 43, of Mary Street in Utica, on charges of criminal possession of stolen property. Police say they took music mixer equipment.

This is the second time in one week Kistner has been arrested. Last Friday, he was accused of possessing crack cocaine during a traffic stop in the area of Eagle and Miller Streets. He is facing charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in that case.
