JEFFERSON CO. -- A Dexter man is accused of inappropriately touching a teenage girl.
State police arrested Morris Blair, 42, of 23167 CR-59, on charges of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
Police say Blair forcibly touched the intimate parts of a 15-year-old girl at his home on March 5th.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Brownville Court on March 31st.
