Clay gas station robbery suspect at large

The Onondaga County Sheriff's Department is investigating a gas station robbery in Clay.

Sheriff Kevin Walsh says at approximately 2:40 A.M. Saturday morning a man entered the Sunoco convenience store at 7653 Morgan Rd. displaying a knife and demanding money. Authorities say the clerk gave him an undisclosed amount of money and the man left the store, heading southbound on foot.

The suspect is described as 5'6", 160 pounds, between the ages of 20-30. The man was last seen wearing a long sleeve, orange button up shirt, light colored shorts and sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office at 425-2111.
