LOWVILLE, LEWIS CO. -- State police are looking for a missing teenager from Lewis County.
Police say 17-year-old Angela Shinall of Lowville was last seen in the village on August 25th. Police say she was given a ride to the Rome area by a friend and is possibly in that area with friends.
Shinall is described as 5'5" tall, 160 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
