Can you help catch alleged credit card thief?

ONEIDA -- State police need your help identifying the person caught on surveillance tape as they investigate the theft of several credit cards.

Police say someone broke into a car on September 21st on Morgan Road in the Town of Vernon, just outside the City of Oneida. Police say the suspect took a wallet from the car.

Later that morning, police say, one of the credit cards in the wallet was used at the Alliance Bank in the City of Oneida.

Police say the person tried to use the same credit card at the Chase Bank, but the transaction were denied.
