LIVERPOOL, ONONDAGA CO. -- A dump truck overturned at the intersection of Buckley and John Glenn Boulevard in Liverpool Monday morning.

Traffic was down to one lane in both directions with an officer directing traffic around 10 a.m.

Late this morning, the intersection re-opened to traffic.

The driver, 60-year-old Raymond Wagoner, of East Syracuse, suffered minor injuries. He was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital for treatment.

Wagoner was ticketed for speeding and not wearing a seatbelt.
