Police say that on October 6, 2011, a residence on Cooper St. in the Town of Westmoreland was broken into. During the burglary, jewelry, silver coins and other valuables were taken.

Police arrested 30-year-old Randi R. Jackson, of Clark Mills, for second degree burglary shortly after the incident.

Police say that during their four month investigation, it was learned that 23-year-old Tiffany L. Schultz, from Clinton, was also involved in the Burglary. Police arrested Schultz for second degree burglary in February. Schultz was arraigned in the Village of New York Mills Court and remanded to the Oneida County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Police say Schultz's boyfriend, 22-year-old Gregory M. Dougherty was arrested for misdemeanor criminal possession of stolen property. Dougherty was not directly burglary, but Schultz had given him some items from the burglary. Dougherty was issued an Appearance Ticket and released.
