OSWEGO -- Police have identified the body that was found on Tuesday on the shore of Lake Ontario in Oswego County.

Police say it was 19-year-old Jesse A. Holden, of West Mohawk Street in Oswego, who was found near Lockhaven Beach in Scriba.

Police say Holden was likely the same person who was seen jumping into the Oswego River from the Utica Street bridge in the City of Oswego on November 28, 2011.

Police, however, can not publically confirm it is the same person since they were unable to recover the victim after an eight day an underwater search. Since that time, Holden had been listed as a missing person.
