SULLIVAN -- Two men from the Town of Sullivan were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop.

State police pulled over 31-year-old Charles Wiemeier, of 7700 Devaul Rd. Lot 112, on New Boston Road in Sullivan, and say they found methamphetamines in the car.

Wiemeier and his passenger, 29-year-old Eric Graham, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Wiemeier was also ticketed for obstructed plate, switched license plates, no insurance in effect, unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operation and aggravated unlicensed operation.

Both men were arraigned and sent to the Madison County Jail in lieu of $3,500 cash bail or $6,000 bond. They are scheduled to appear in the Town of Sullivan Court on March 20.
