FORT DRUM -- Another contingent of a Fort Drum unit is scheduled to arrive home from Afghanistan and be greeted by family and fellow soldiers at the Army post in northern New York.

Officials say welcome home ceremonies will be Tuesday morning at 3:30am and Tuesday night at 8:30pm at Fort Drum's Magrath Sports Complex for members of the 10th Mountain Division's 3rd Brigade Combat Team.

These flights are the third and fourth flights bringing the brigade's soldiers home from their deployment to Afghanistan.

The brigade known as the "Spartans" spent the past year conducting joint combat operations with the Afghan National Security Forces in the province of Kandahar.
