LIVERPOOL -- Syracuse set a new record high temperature Wednesday. The thermometer got up to 68 degrees, shattering the old record for March 7th of 64 degrees.

Many Central New Yorkers took the chance to get outside and enjoy the weather. There was a long ling outside Heid's in Liverpool, where people were happy to be eating outside. Seah Hudgston, of Liverpool, says he just wanted to "get out of the office for about an hour, get some sunlight, and eat some Heid's."

At the Liverpool County Club, golfers got a chance to dust off their clubs. It was warm enough to get in a round of golf! As for winter sports, even some snow enthusiasts don't seem to mind the abnormal winter. Donna Cornacchia, of Hannibal, says "It's been fantastic. I'm a snowmobiler, and it has been awful for that but it's been wonderful to deal with and I appreciate that."

There could be some changes in store for Central New York weather. A cold front will be coming through before the weekend.
