NEW HAVEN, OSWEGO CO. -- Two people are facing drug charges, accused of manufacturing methamphetamine at a home in the Town of New Haven.
The Oswego County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 3882 County Route 6.
Brian Lamond and Stephanie Holt-Ostrander are charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, a felony. They were arraigned in Fulton City Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility . Ostrander is being held on $10,000 cash or $20,000 secure bail bond. Lamond is being held in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond. They are due back in court on March 16.
Investigators expect to file more charges in the case.
