(AP) -- Another day of searching has failed to turn up any sign of a northern New York man whose boat capsized in rough waters off Lake Ontario's eastern shore last weekend.

Local media outlets report that firefighters and police in Jefferson County conducted lake and shoreline searches Monday for 45-year-old David Tuttle, a school custodian from Lowville in neighboring Lewis County.

Authorities say Tuttle and 33-year-old Buck Stockman were in a 25-boat Saturday morning when it capsized about 100 yards off Stony Point in the town of Henderson, 55 miles north of Syracuse.

Stockman clung to the overturned boat before a firefighter attached to a rope waded out and rescued him. The life jacket Tuttle wore was later found by the Coast Guard.
