Oswego County deputies search for missing woman

OSWEGO COUNTY -- The Oswego County Sheriff's Office is asking for your help to find a missing woman.

Cassandra "Sandy" Phillips, 36, was last seen Friday, April 27th, in her hometown of Canastota in Madison County. Her car was found early Monday morning in the Oswego County Village of Pulaski. It was discovered behind Fulton Boiler Works.

Phillips has had no contact with her family since Friday.

She is described as 5'4" with blue eyes and reddish brown hair.
