A Syracuse man was shot in the foot and ankle early Saturday morning, in front of the University Sheraton near the S U campus, and Syracuse Police now say he is highly uncooperative with in the investigation.

Investigators were called to the 800 block of University Avenue, between Marshall and Waverly, about 3am, and say several shots were fired in the incident.   25 year old Daquan Sullivan, not an SU student, was hit in the right foot and left ankle.  Police think the incident started in a fight nearby a short time earlier, near Acropolis Pizza, in the 100 block of Marshall Street.

Syracuse Police are asking for help as they continue what they call an active investigation.  Their number is 442-5222.
