SYRACUSE -- A pedestrian hit-and-run was reported just after 7:30 am Tuesday in Syracuse.

Police say a 31-year-old male pedestrian was hit by a car driving southbound in the 1100 block of Park Street. The car then left the scene.

Police are describing the car as a blue sedan, possibly a Honda.

The victim complained of neck and back pain and was taken to Upstate Medical University as a precaution. Injuries are non-life threatening.
