Charges are for possessing, trying to give porn to a child
An East Syracuse man is under arrest on several felony child porn counts
After a seven month long investigation, an East Syracuse man is under arrest on child pornography charges.
Timothy McKennan, 35, from 801 Winchester Road, was arrested on Friday after a joint investigation by State Police, the City of Utica and the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office.
McKennan is charged with three counts of possessing a sexual performance of the child, in the Town of Dewitt, and one count of attempted disseminating indecent material to a child, in the Village of Manlius. All four counts are felonies.
