WATERTOWN -- Emergency crews in the North Country responded to a school bus crash Monday afternoon.
It happened at about 4:00pm on Interstate 81 Southbound, just outside of the City of Watertown. Jefferson county 911 dispatchers tell CNY Central a bus from the South Jefferson School District rolled over about one mile south of the Massey Street overpass.
The superintendent says the bus was coming back from Indian River. Only two students, a bus driver and an aide were on the bus. None of them were hurt.
The crash is still under investigation.
