CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY -- The video is shocking, and sickening. The original video went viral on YouTube seeing more than 6 million hits before it was removed this week.

Now, the Camden County, New Jersey prosecutor's office would like the family involved in an incident caught on tape at a Laundromat to come forward.

The surveillance video loaded on YouTube by the Laudromat shows a man putting a toddler in a washing machine and closing the door, which then locks. The family and patrons frantically attempted to open the door.

The tense moments were caught on tape and loaded onto the video sharing site for millions to see. The Camden County Prosecutor's Office says they although they have not identified the family yet, the incident does not appear to be a criminal matter. They would, however, like to connect with the family to confirm the child is okay.
