SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Syracuse woman who has been missing for over a month.

Police say 27-year-old Heather Ballard, of 521 Catherine Street, was reported as missing by her family on May 7. At that point, she had not been seen for several weeks.

Ballard is described as a white female, about 5"2’ tall, with long brown hair and brown eyes.

Police say Ballard is known to frequent the area of the 500 block of Catherine Street and the 400 block of James Street.

Police say there is no evidence of criminal activity at this time.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Syracuse Police Department Missing Person’s Unit at 315-442-5330.
