Police investigating Saturday night shooting on Ellis Street

Police say Sean Cunningham, 44,  was shot in the buttocks at the 400 block of Ellis Street around 10:55 pm on Saturday by an unknown suspect.

Cunningham was uncooperative with detectives, and was transported to Upstate University Hospital with a non life threatening gun shot wound.

Anyone with information about this shooting is asked to call Syracuse Police at 442-5222, and all calls will be kept strictly confidential.
