A three year old boy was found wandering  on Miller Street in Seneca Falls by a neighbor coming home from work at around 5:30am Saturday morning.

The child was able to show the police where he lived, and police found the apartment open, with the boy's mother and boyfriend sleeping inside. Jackie Arndt, 24, of 21B Miller Street in Seneca Falls, and Michael Tobin Jr., 20, of 207 East Elisha Street in Waterloo, were arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. They are accused of failing to provide adequete supervision for Arndt's three year old son.

Arndt and Tobin were released on appearance tickets to appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 5th at 10am.
