Madison County Sheriff's Deputies have reopened  Pleasant Valley Road in Smithfield, after an early Sunday morning crash that left a man in serious condition.

About 1am, they say a pickup driven by 35 year old Christopher Graham, of Oneida, drove between a disabled pickup that was on the road's shoulder, and another vehicle that had stopped to help.  Three people who were in the truck that broke down were standing outside and were injured.  One man was taken to University Hospital in serious condition, a man and a woman are also being treated there for non-life threatening injuries.

Sheriff's deputies say alcohol was a factor, and charges against Graham are pending.
