SENECA FALLS -- A Seneca Falls woman is accused of raping a 14-year-old boy.
Police in Seneca Falls say they arrested Dawn Planty, 45, for allegedly raping a 14-year-old boy on Peterman Road in Seneca Falls.
Planty is suspected of allowing the teen to drink alcohol.
Police arrested Planty on Monday and charged her with second degree rape, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawfully dealing with a child.
Planty was arraigned in Village of Waterloo Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond. She is scheduled to re-appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 28.
