TOWN OF ALBION -- Deputies arrested Janna Manson, 32, of Williamstown, following a check the welfare complaint in the Town of Albion.

Deputies say Manson allegedly smoked "Amped" in front of a child.

According to ABC News, "Amped" is a synthetic drug that falls into the category of Bath Salts.

As deputies attempted to restrain Manson, they say she resisted arrest and held on to the steering wheel of a vehicle.

Manson is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest. She was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $100 cash bail.
