A Fulton man is charged with rape, after an alert that he reportedly enticed his victim through Facebook.
State Police have charged 26-year old Michael Becker with the rape of a 15 year old girl. Becker is also accused of disseminating indecent material, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children alerted troopers about a possible on-line enticement case in Oswego County. Troopers say Becker offered a 'friend' request to a 15 year old, who was later raped in the Town of Granby.
Becker was sent to the Oswego County Jail after his arrest on Friday.
