SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police say they have located and identified the people involved in the suspicious incident that happened in the parking lot of Red Lobster on Erie Boulevard.
A witness told police that a man dragged a woman from a car into the back of a minivan around 8:10 p.m. Tuesday night in the parking lot of Red Lobster.
Police now say they have located all of the people who were involved in the incident and have verified their welfare.
Police say the incident was domestic and involved family members who were attempting to control an unruly child.
No criminal charges are pending and the case is closed.
