SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police have indentified the teen found lying on the ground outside the back door of the apartment building at 102 Croly Street as 17-year-old Eddie Dozier Jr. of Syracuse.
Dozier was pronounced dead at the scene by Rural Metro Ambulance personnel.
The cause of death has not been released, pending autopsy results, but police have called it a homicide.
