LEWIS COUNTY -- The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Marcy has arrested a Port Leyden man for predatory sexual assault against a child.
Troopers say 50-year-old Frank J. Mann allegedly had sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 11.
The investigation was conducted by State Police Investigator Todd Grant, in conjunction with Oneida County and Lewis County Child Protective, the Lewis County District Attorneys Office and members of Lowville State Police. The victim has been offered services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
