SYRACUSE -- The Syracuse Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that happened at 8:45 on Monday night at Westcott Liquors on 111 Harvard Place.
The suspect, described as a black male about six-feet-two-inches and weighing 220 pounds, entered the store, displayed a small caliber handgun and demanded money. He stole the cash from the register and was last seen heading eastbound on Harvard Place with another man.
