ELMIRA (AP) -- Police in Elmira are labeling the death of a man found in a supermarket parking lot as "suspicious."
Police say the 33-year-old man was found slumped in the passenger seat of a car parked at Tops Friendly Market in Elmira on Sunday. He had been dead for several hours.
The man's identity hasn't been released by police. The death is under investigation.
