CARTHAGE -- A Carthage woman is accused of pouring milk on a man and refusing to get out of his truck.

It happened around 1:45 p.m. Monday at 35309 Jackson II Road in the Town of Champion.

State Police responded to a report of an unwanted female. When they got there, police found 25-year-old Jacklyn Plantz had poured milk over the head of 43-year-old Jeffrey Sheltray.

Police say Plantz then got into Sheltray's work truck with the vehicle running and refused to get out. Plantz is also accused of taking his wallet and trying to hide it.

Plantz is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, petit larceny and harassment. She was arraigned in West Carthage Village Court and sent to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $250 cash bail. She is scheduled to appear in Champion Town Court on January 31.
