SYLVAN BEACH -- Oneida County Emergency Services is evacuating residents on Waterview Drive in the town of Sylvan Beach due to flooding.

Officials say an ice jam at Fish Creek has caused water levels to rise nearly two feet.

Water rescue teams are on standby in Oriskany and Taberg if needed. An aid shelter has been set up at North Bay Fire Department for those displaced by the flooding.
