PULASKI -- A Pulaski man is facing charges in a methamphetamine lab bust.
 
37-year-old Eugene Lacour Jr., of 4855 N. Jefferson St. Apt. #2, is charged with assault, unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.
 
Around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, State Police were called to Lacour's home for a reported domestic incident with a woman. 23-year-old Autumn Lavanchard was arrested on bench warrants issued in Watertown Town Court. She was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.
 
Both Lavanchard and Lacour were arraigned in Richland Town Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
