Missing Ithaca man located, circumstances not criminal or suspicious

ITHACA -- Ithaca Police say 37-year-old Kosal Path has been located.

Police say the circumstances surrounding why he went missing are not criminal or suspicious in nature and as a result are not being released.

Path was reported missing since January 31.
