CONSTANTIA -- An Oswego County man was arrested on several charged after a string of break-ins in January in the Town of Constantia.

Deputies say 18-year-old Ronald Blasier was arrested after breaking into a business and stealing cash and other goods. He also broke into a detached garage and stole more items, as well as damaging an expensive air conditioning unit while trying to steal copper tubing, investigators say. The air conditioner was valued at over $2,500.
