ONEIDA COUNTY -- In Oneida County, a grand jury has indicted the Trenton Town Supervisor on sexual abuse charges.

Mark Scheidelman is charged with one count of sexual abuse. He's accused of having sexual contact with a child under the age of 11.

Scheidelman has been the Town Supervisor sine 1992 and is a former Oneida County Republican Chairman. He is a former Boy Scouts scoutmaster in Trenton. He'll be arraigned on March 18th.
