SYRACUSE -- Two Syracuse Orange football players, along with two other SU students, were in Syracuse City Court Monday morning for a hearing on charges they burglarized a neighbor’s home last month.

According to a report by Syracuse.com, Pierce-Brewster and Walls are accused of entering the apartment of Erwing Augustin and Bradley Valik and taking the electronics. Augustin and Valik, in turn, are accused of entering a two other apartments to take items to replace those that were allegedly stolen from them.

All four suspects were arraigned last Wednesday on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. In court Monday, the defense attorneys stared that their clients posted bail after arraignment.

The cases have been waived to an Onondaga County Grand Jury pending indictment. Felony burglary is considered a Class C violent felony, punishable by 5-15 years in state prison.
