PHOENIX -- Police say 20-year-old Adam J. Hart, of Phoenix, NY, is accused of subjecting a female under the age of 11-years-old to sexual contact on February 23. It happened at a residence in the Village of Phoenix.
Hart was arrested on Friday on charges of sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.
He was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bail bond.
Hart is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Schroeppel Court on Wednesday.
