ONEIDA COUNTY -- Town of Trenton Supervisor Mark Scheidelman pleaded not guilty in Oneida County Court today to a single charge of first degree sexual abuse.
Scheidelman, a Holland-Patent native, is accused of inappropriately touching a 10-year-old boy last November.
He is out on bail, but is due back in court on April 1 to tell Judge Michael Dwyer if he will accept a plea deal or allow his case to go to trial.
