Syracuse man charged with breaking into Vinomania

SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police say 42-year-old James Warren, of 120 Gifford Street, broke into Vinomania at 313 East Willow Street around 12:50 a.m. A witness was able to provide police with the suspect's description. They later found him trying to hide along the 300 block of North Salina Street.

Warren is charged with burglary, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal mischief and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He was taken to the Justice Center pending arraignment.
