Wegmans makes Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list for the 16th year in a row.
Wegmans has been ranked among the top 10 for 11 consecutive years. This year, Wegmans is ranked number five.
Wegmans is one of only 13 companies to appear on Fortune's list every year since it began in 1998.
To celebrate the honor, Wegmans will be serving cake for employees and customers this Saturday.
