Tully family accused of providing alcohol to minors

TULLY -- An update on the Tully family accused of providing alcohol to minors. 17-year-old Lauren Keyes and her parents Jeffrey and Candice are all facing charges after a party for Lauren's birthday day a couple of weeks ago. Court papers in the case have been made available, which you can read by clicking on the related link below.

According to the court documents, there were about 20 juveniles at the party, with the youngest being 15 years old. The documents also say Jeffery and Candice Keyes did have reason to believe that alcohol was being served and consumed by juveniles in soda cans and water bottles.

Police found out about the party after they say a 15 year old who attended drove into a utility pole and rolled over. The driver, who police aren't identifying, suffered minor injuries and was arrested for DWI.
