TULLY -- A family accused of giving alcohol to teens will have to go back to court in a few weeks.
Candice, Jeffrey, and 17-year-old Lauren Keyes all appeared in Tully court Tuesday night. Their lawyer filed a motion to drop all charges because of a lack of evidence. The judge adjourned the case until December 9th.
Police say the Keyes hosted a birthday party for Lauren and served alcohol to underage teens. Officers say they were alerted to the party when a 15-year-old girl drove drunk afterwards and crashed. Court papers say the parents had reason to believe there was underage drinking going on at the party.
