CENTRAL NEW YORK -- A narrow band of lake effect snow was consistent and persistent across western Oswego, eastern Cayuga, western Onondaga, eastern Tompkins and parts of Cortland counties for the last 12 hours. Outside of this zone, there was hardly any snow to speak off worse than flurries. Here is a list of observed snowfall from the National Weather Service in the last 12 hours.
