The incoming members of Congress have been in the nation's capital all week for "freshman" orientation. Over the phone, Congressman-elect Maffei discussed various topics over the phone this morning, including the orientation, the bailout automakers are asking for, and the possibility of Senator Hillary Clinton becoming Secretary of State for the Obama administration.
