TULLY -- The Onondaga County District Attorney will ask the court to drop charges against two parents who were accused of supplying alcohol to teens at a party.

Jeffrey and Candice Keyes had been charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child. Those same charges have not been dropped against 17-year-old Lauren Keyes.

Originally, State Police had said the family served alcohol to numerous teenagers at their Tully home during a birthday celebration for Lauren.

A 15-year-old girl crashed her parents' car after she was allegedly at the party. District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick says the crash happened five hours after she left the party. Fitzpatrick says she may have drank somewhere else. The teen was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Police say she took her parents car without permission.
