TOWN OF BOONVILLE -- New York State Police in Old Forge are investigating a bulldozer accident in the Town of Boonville.
Investigators say 40-year-old John Noors was using an older model bulldozer to plow his driveway on Summit Street.
Police say Noors did not see his 6-year-old son and accidentally backed over him.
The child was taken to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, then transferred to University Hospital for injuries to his lower extremities and possible internal injuries.
Police say the accident is still under investigation.
