SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police say one of the victims in a recent shooting has died. Officers say Jamar Rolfe, 15, died Thursday evening at University Hospital.
He and three others were shot during an after hours party on Kellogg Street early Sunday morning. Rolfe and Ismaeliz- Pizzaro Quinones, 16, were both shot in the head. She is still in critical condition. Carlos Rivera, 16, and Yari Boria, 32 were also shot, but they were expected to recover.
